A transition piece tent we installed has already withstood squalls of 120 km/h (Cyclone Herwart) without any issues. Before the TP leaves the production hall, it is sealed with our specially developed tent unit made from high-quality technical textiles.
This ensures the transition piece is protected from the very beginning — eliminating the need for final cleaning and providing a dry, sheltered workspace for interior construction tasks.
Our TP tent system consists of only two components and can be assembled without tools in under one hour. Disassembly is just as quick: it can be performed by a single person in a matter of seconds, directly before the wind turbine is erected. The tent is reusable and ready to be installed on the next TP immediately.
As with all our tarpaulin solutions, no steel connection to the structure is required. This means no impact on statics and no need for building permits — whether onshore or offshore.
