For the production of our construction tarpaulins, we use only high-quality technical textiles with exceptionally high tear resistance. Thanks to our specially developed manufacturing process and the superior quality of our materials, our construction tarpaulins offer a significantly higher tear load than standard tarpaulins. While conventional tarpaulin hems typically withstand loads of around 300 kg, our products reach a tear load between 1.3 and 2.4 tons — making it nearly impossible for the eyelets to rip out.
Our special hem processing has been tested and certified by the DEKRA laboratory.Construction tarpaulins are used on building sites to protect unfinished structures from wind and weather — from industrial buildings to single-family homes. When properly secured, these covers allow the building to remain inhabitable even during rain or snow throughout the construction phase.We manufacture your construction tarpaulins individually to size, with your desired eyelet spacing and in the color of your choice.

Our wind protection nets are made from mesh fabrics of various qualities, tailored to the specific application. They are used where optimal fresh air supply without drafts is desired, while keeping the protected area dry and allowing natural daylight to pass through.
Wind protection nets are ideal, for example, for livestock farming or commercial storage. Each net is customized to meet your individual requirements.
For trailer covers, precise tailoring of the tarpaulin is essential. Before production begins, the car trailer to be covered is measured exactly. The fabric tarpaulin is then cut, sewn, welded, and finally eyelets are punched and straps riveted.
During production, the fit of the tarpaulin is checked multiple times in intermediate steps to ensure that every seam and fitting is exactly where it should be. Our high-quality workmanship with technical textiles and the use of durable materials make our tarpaulins long-lasting and robust.
For trailer tarps, we use only fabric tarpaulins with a minimum weight of 680 g/m², offering strong tear and tear propagation resistance as well as high UV resistance. You receive high-quality custom-made tarpaulins with exact fit from us.
Our commercial vehicle tarpaulins from our DEKRA-certified production are, like all our fabric tarps, of very high quality. We focus on precise fit, durability, and excellent workmanship to provide optimal protection for your goods during road transport.
We use only technical textiles with a minimum weight of 680 g/m², high UV resistance, and excellent tear and tear-propagation strength. For the roll tarp of an average truck roof, at least 60 m² of PVC fabric is processed. To ensure long-lasting durability under heavy loads, the membrane is reinforced at numerous points. The tarps, measuring around 14 meters in length, weigh between 45 and 65 kg.
Aluminum tubes with a material thickness of 5 mm are used to roll the tarp across the entire trailer length. Precise vehicle measurements are necessary for a perfect fit. These measurements are regularly checked during production to ensure every seam, eyelet, and strap is exactly where it should be.
The finished tarp is mounted on existing hooks, clamps, and twist locks. Upon request, we also handle the complete installation. On average, production and installation of a truck roof tarp take about 2 days. We exclusively deliver custom-made tarpaulins, not standard products.
