Since selling our first heavy load bag, our product range has expanded to include several models in various designs.
Each model can be tailored with different sizes, color combinations, individual printing, and additional features.
Every heavy load bag leaving our company is produced at our manufacturing site in Schleswig-Holstein.
Our top heavy load bag currently has a breaking load of 5.9 tons. Achieving this level requires outstanding quality in materials and craftsmanship down to the smallest detail. During production, we carefully monitor every step—from aligning the technical textiles with the correct grain direction, to precise and secure sewing and welding of seams, all the way to thorough final quality checks before the bag leaves our workshop.
Our dedication to development and production pays off: every model is DEKRA certified. Additionally, all our products bear the CE mark, confirming they meet EU market requirements. Each bag includes a type label showing the certificate number, production number, production date, and supplier number (if applicable). This ensures full traceability throughout the production process. To date, we have maintained a 0% complaint rate.
Although our heavy load bags were specifically designed for lifting heavy goods at extreme heights, they are equally well suited for safely and easily moving equipment close to the ground. For example, items with small parts can be transported without time-consuming and unnecessary repacking. Thanks to their versatility and high quality, our heavy load bags have become indispensable tools for both industry and skilled trades.

The Heavy Load Bag Model 1 is available in four different diameters and features a safety factor of 4:1.
Model 2 features 2 carry straps and is available in 3 sizes with your choice of 3 different safety factors.
Our largest heavy load bag with 4 carrying straps is currently available in 3 sizes with a breaking load of up to 5.9 t.
The heavy load bags of the Model 4 range are angular and have 2 carry straps. They are available in several sizes and 3 different safety factors.
Model 5 is oval and currently available in a standard size.
