State Secretary Julia Carstens Visits Planen Service Angeln as Part of Her “Summer Entrepreneurs Tour”
As part of her Summer Entrepreneurs Tour, State Secretary Julia Carstens selected Planen Service Angeln to gain firsthand insight into our company. We maintain a close working relationship with the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport, Labor, Technology, and Tourism of Schleswig-Holstein, and it was a pleasure to personally guide the State Secretary through our production facilities.
During the visit, Ms. Carstens gained a comprehensive impression of our operations. As the owner, I lead the company with passion and a strong commitment to quality and precision. We produce tarpaulins and heavy-duty bags for wind energy companies around the world—delivering solutions designed to withstand even the harshest weather conditions.
Our in-house Innovation Lab allows us to develop creative, tailor-made solutions for specialized challenges, such as those encountered during wind turbine assembly.
Looking Ahead: Expansion Plans and a Commitment to Empowerment
With demand in the wind energy sector continuing to rise, we are planning to expand. We have already acquired a suitable plot of land directly adjacent to our current facility in Tarp to support our growth. To continue on our successful path, we are currently seeking five new team members to join us.
In addition to our business goals, I remain committed to advocating for greater recognition and appreciation of female entrepreneurs in the political sphere.
