A lot has happened since the first heavy load bag was sold. Thus our product range in the meantime comprises several models in various designs. Each model can be adjusted according to our range, colour combinations and individual print with extra features.
The majority of our models is round or oval and this is for a good reason. With collisions with other objects for example due to squalls, the round heavy load bags just roll off. Protruding corners could get damaged in these situations. In this way, the woven tarpaulin is better protected from knocks and the accompanying material wear. In addition the bags are a lot stiffer.
What has not changed until today is that every single heavy load bag which leaves our firm comes from our production site in Schleswig-Holstein.

We have attained the European design patent for this product innovation, but we don’t intend to rest on our laurels. We consistently carry on developing the heavy load bags so that they are equipped also for future requirements and new purposes of use. For this we have to be able to rely on the materials to be processed. We obtain these exclusively from brand manufacturers and have parts such as metal fittings with higher breaking loads especially made for our production.
Our heavyweight among under the heavy load bags has currently a breaking load of 5,9 t. In order to attain this kind of category, the quality in material and working has to be right up into the smallest detail. In production, we pay increased attention to each single step in the processing – beginning with running direction of the technical textiles for the cut, over clean and tight sewing and welding seams up to final quality control before leaving our workshop. Thus we attain an extremely high tear strength and minimum material wear also with very high use of the heavy load bag.

Our care in development and production reaps its rewards. Each model is certified by DEKRA. In addition, we confirm that our products fulfil the valid requirements for placing on the market in the EU with putting the CE label on all our products.
Each bag has a type label on which you can see the certificate number, the production number, the production date as well as the supplier number (if available). Thus the production process is continuously visible for you. Up to today we have a complaint rate of 0%.

Our heavy load bags made of thermically welded PVC coated fabrics are designed to lift transported materials like machine parts, heavy small parts, connection materials, tools etc. by way of crane and winch safely and easily in great heights and thereby protecting your staff optimally. They are suitable for the repeated carrying and lifting of supplies and not dangerous solid and fluid contents with work in great heights. Construction, auxiliary and operating materials, fluids and paste materials have to be put into solid containers when transported.
Even though our bags were especially developed for the transport of heavy goods in extreme heights, they are of course likewise best suitable to move equipment near the ground safely and easily. For example, goods with small parts can be delivered without any unnecessary and time-consuming repacking more easily and quickly.
